Fb Joins Amazon in Requesting FTC Chairwoman Lina Khan Recused

Fb wants Federal Trade Fee Chair Lina Khan taken off from any investigation of the business and has accused her of bias, citing her past criticisms of the tech marketplace.

A Facebook spokesperson informed Insider: “Chair Khan has persistently built nicely-documented statements about Facebook and antitrust issues that would lead any reasonable observer to conclude that she has prejudged the Fb antitrust case brought by the FTC.”

“To shield the fairness and impartiality of these proceedings, we have requested that Chair Khan recuse herself from involvement with the FTC’s antitrust case in opposition to Fb,” Fb ongoing.
